Hi, I'm Nerd - I love trying out practical gadgets for energy self-sufficiency and mobile energy. This time I tried QE01D – a compact UPS unit with LiFePO4 battery, 600 W inverter and solar charging support. Below I share my experience, specifications and rating.
What can you see in the pictures?
Front of the unit with color display and output ports (AC, USB, DC)
QE01D together with a modular solar panel (TSP series)
Practical use: outdoor unit connected to solar panel

Technical summary (according to my observations)
Battery: 448 Wh (22.4 V/20 Ah) LiFePO₄ – lifespan ≥ 3000 cycles (~8–10 years)
Inverter AC: 600 W continuous power, 1000 W in peak power (surge) – sine wave
Output sockets: 2× EU AC; 2× USB‑C (100 W PD); 3× USB‑A (QC3.0); 2× DC (car port and DC‑5521); wireless charging 10 W
Charging: AC adapter 65 W + USB‑C 100 W PD (total up to 165 W) – up to 95% in 2.8 h; solar panels additional charging (up to 65 W)
Dimensions/weight: about 30 × 17 × 20 cm, weighs about 5.65 kg
UPS function/BMS: supports uninterruptible power supply, multi-level protection system (temperature, overvoltage, short circuit...)
The nerd test in practice
First use
When I connected a small fan and a laptop, I was surprised by the performance – the inverter works quietly and without overloading. Machines up to 600 W are reliably powered.
Charging the battery
With a USB-C 100W PD adapter and a standard AC charger, the battery charged hybridly – full in about 3 watchWith an additional 100 W solar panel you can reach up to 95% charge in around 2.8 watch
Autonomy
QE01D is sufficient for basic devices:
mini fridge 60 W works ~6–7 h
laptop (60 Wh) ~6 charges
CPAP device (~40 W) ~10 h
blender or coffee maker (300–600 W) worse, only for a few minutes
Using solar panels
I connected a 100W TSP100 panel - it works without problems, charging is stable. Useful for camping or remote facilities.
Advantages according to Nerd
Compact power: 448 Wh battery with 600 W inverter – ideal for camping or emergencies.
Fast charging: AC and USB‑C work together to provide fast charging.
Long battery life: LFP technology >3000 cycles (~8–10 years)
Diverse outputs: USB‑C, USB‑A, AC, DC and wireless charger provide great flexibility.
UPT / UPS: It acts as a backup battery in case of a power outage.
Disadvantages and limitations
Capacity: 448 Wh is fine, but not for heavy users for long periods of time.
One AC connector: only 600 W – cannot power more powerful devices for a long time.
Not waterproof: suitable for dry environments only (No IP certification)
Brezoporen tableware: there is not much information about local support or the existence of service centers.

Overall rating: about 4.1/5
Is it suitable for you?
Yes, if you need
- you need a reliable portable power plant for camping, picnics, work facilities or as a backup source
- you want fast charging via USB‑C and AC combination
- you want a long battery life without frequent replacements
Not ideal for:
- continuous power supply of larger devices (>600 W) or long-term use
- work in a wet environment (no IP protection)
- users who expect a local service network
